Ingredients – Oats , dates, peanuts, dry fruits of choice, ghee and pinch salt.
Dry roast one cup oats in a pan. De-seed one cup dates and wash them properly. Put one teaspoon ghee in same pan and roast dates. Keep them aside and roast half cup peanuts and dry fruits of choice. Let everything cool and crush them slightly coarse in grinder. Add a pinch of salt while grinding. This would enhance the taste of otherwise bland oats. Make small ladoos from the mixture. Dates act as natural sweetener but you can add sugar if you want it more sweet. Store in air tight container.
