Turmeric Face Mask Recipe for Glowing Skin
Mix 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt with 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric and 1 teaspoon of honey for a soothing and cooling face mask.
leave it on for about 5 minutes and wash off.
Drinking warm milk at bedtime for good sleep aid
Warm milk and water over low heat and stir in the turmeric powder. Bring to a boil and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
This will reduce the milk to one cup. Turn off the heat and add crushed black pepper. Drink the milk hot or warm.
